As for the rest , not sure if they even know such an event is coming up. & some are considering.
So as for the prices , i plan to divide the total cost in this way. Those who are staying overnight shall help to bear the cost of the chalet, which is 300 bucks. Those who are having bbq will be paying for the food. Not sure if that is okay for you guys, any comments feel free to ask :D
